Les Suites Orient, Shanghai

We just wanted to note for the record how pleased we were with our stay at Les Suites Orient in Shanghai, both the quality and superb location of the hotel itself, and with the quality and professionalism of the service we received. Whereas the hotel is not inexpensive, it is good value for money as many of those "little things" that are extras in other hotels, and readily available for free in yours (such as water and coffee). It is indeed a boutique hotel, with some of those homey and personal touches found in a "bed and breakfast". Joseph, Nicolas, Michelle, and others whose names I do not recall, made our visit very enjoyable.

Witt Istanbul Suites, Istanbul

De Las Letras Hotel & Restaurant, Madrid

I have just returned from 5 night stay in MAdrid @ Las Letras.
From our arrival thru' to our deprture we were impressed by the Hotel and the personnel at the hotel.

The Time Hotel, New York

I recently stayed at The Time for a business trip the week of January 16th. Great location with very friendly staff. Furnishings need updating and repair as well as shower door as I stepped out into an inch of water after every shower. I have certainly stayed in worse in France and England but there is still room for improvement in these areas. The best part about the hotel is the bar/lounge. The staff there was amazing and if we have a company event in NY I will most definitely hold it here. - Brian Woods

Thank you for a wonderful stay! - we found it very clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We recommended a shoe rack (to help keep the carpets clean and for the guest's convenience) as well as a draining rack for the plates etc. One further point to mention: our table was somewhat inaccessible being directly under the TV - it made it uncomfortable to write/do any work. Design Suites Hotel Calafate, Calafate

I want to thank the staff at the Design Suites hotel in Calafate for a wonderful stay. The staff was accomodating and helpful - excursions couldn't have been easier to plan, and all of our requests were handled seamlessly. The evening staff at the desk and in the restaurant in were especially friendly and helpful - we were always greeted at the desk like old friends. Our arrival was very welcoming; after being stuck at the airport in B.A. for 9 hours before a flight could bring us to Calafate, being greeted at the door with champagne and cheese as staff took our suitcases was absolutely wonderful. It truly made us feel like guests.

The setting of the hotel is gorgeous, and the view of the sunsets is probably the best in Calafate. There were a few small quirks in the design of the showers in our room and the spa locker room (both showers flooded the floors) but that is our only critique.

Finally - we would like to acknowledge the staff for treating us so well as a lesbian couple. This trip was our honeymoon after our wedding in the U.S., and as a gay couple we were not sure how welcome we would be in Argentina or at Design Suites. We were always treated with the same kindness and care that all of your guests seem to receive.

Thank you for an unforgetable trip! We hope to return to Calafate, and the Design Suites hotel.
