Built from a disused brewery, the once famous masterpiece of L.E. Hudec, has been turned into a hip world class hotel & entertainment complex known to be Pier One, encompassing the supper club Mimosa, the nightclub Minx, and the rooftop bar Monsoon, as well as the hotel, M Suites. Pier-One Boutique Hotel brings people serenity and leisureliness which we can hardly feel in a busy city of Shanghai. Also known as Shanghai Yihao Matou, Pier-One is located within Mengqing Garden on the south bank of Suzhou River. You will find a large greenbelt, a yacht dock, historic buildings and artistic environments, all within the perimeter of Mengqing Garden. Opposite Suzhou Creek, there is one of the most famous neighborhoods of Shanghai, Zhongyuan Two-Sinuses City. Zhongtan Road Station of Light Railway 3 is not far from here. Further more, the art atmosphere around PIER-ONE Hotel is quite strong. It takes you 8 minutes to walk to 50 Moganshan Road which is Shanghai’s famous art zone, and 10 minutes to the Peninsula Garden.
