IQ's Charming House, a sister propertyl of DD724 boutique hotel, is the newest trend in Venetian hospitality. IQ's consists of 4 stylish and sumptuous suites offering great attention to comfort and detail, with a perfect blend of modern and historic. Warm, daring colours have been employed and the space has been utilized to achieve maximum effect in this astounding gothic Palazzo. Created by architect Mauro Mazzolini and by the owner Chiara Bocchini, the distinctiveness of IQs Charming House is to offer contemporary hospitality and blending it harmoniously with a characteristic Venetian setting, loaded with historical and cultural appeal. From the windows of the suites one can enjoy a beautiful view of the nearby Palazzo Querini Stampalia. The choice of the location is consistent with Charming House's attention to the Venetian modern art scene, as apparent with its DD724, whose proximity to the Guggenheim Collection is one of its main appeals. The rigorous choice of furniture, colours, fabrics and upholsteries employed in the designs are consistent with the hues and textures of the surrounding environment.
