Albergo di lusso, ricavato da un edificio originalmente costruito negli anni 50 come fabbrica radiofonica. Con questa opera, oggi Milano puó vantarsi di un albergo innovativo dotato di servizi tecnologici all'avanguardia, con un effetto visivo imponente, minimalista e lineare ma allo stesso tempo caldo e confortevole. La struttura dell'hotel è un meraviglioso esempio di creatività innovatrice che rispetta il vecchio stile di Milano; i progettisti hanno infatti deciso che lo stile originario della costruzione, tipico degli stabilimenti industriali, sarebbe stato conservato e questo è riconoscibile per esempio nelle grandi finestre che illuminano il ristorante e nei soffitti molto alti. Mille metri quadri dedicati alla sala congressuale, un ristorante elegante, due bar, una cantina per i vini, un centro fitness e il garage.
