Designed by renowned principal architects Fender Katsalidis and celebrated interior designer SJB Interiors, the Diamant Hotel sets a new level of hotel standards offering exceptional quality and extraordinary comfort. Located within the original Hotel Acton building, this historical and heritage listed site has been transformed into the NewActon Pavilion incorporating the Diamant Hotel and creating Canberra's first luxury boutique hotel. Inspired by the Danish concepy of “hygge”, the spectacular 80 room boutique hotel has a facilities such as a restaurant and bar, the Day Spa, and Well Being Retreat, conference rooms and a business centre, gym facilities, undercover secure parking and a 24-hour concierge. The restaurant features a seasonal Modern Australian menu that showcases the products of our wood-fired oven and grill. The rustic, unpretentious fare is served individually or to share, encouraging a festive and communal atmosphere of good food in comfortable surroundings.

Canberra :
Si dice che la città abbia più ristoranti pro capite di ogni altra in Australia. Il design della città fu fortemente influenzato dal movimento Città Giardino e vanta ora ampie aree di vegetazione naturale che le hanno fatto guadagnare l’appellativo di capitale del “bush”. Ricca di musei, gallerie, parchi, palazzi storici e agenzie governative, fra i luoghi da visitare spiccano la National Gallery of Australia, il National Museum of Australia e il magnifico Parlamento. Alle porte della città si trovano le foreste e il “bush”, e poco distante la natura incontaminata della catena montuosa della Brindabella e il parco nazionale Namadgi; fare sci sulle montagne nevose o fare surf sulla costa non sono mai stati più vicini.
