Description: Stay. Entertained With the opening of Aspen Social Club at Stay., designer Steve Lewis combines America’s most exalted, high-altitude destination with New York’s urbane edge. The massive antler-crowned fire pit transports diners to the snowy mountains of Colorado. The modern American tastings menu, with a western twist, offers small plates, ideal for sharing. After hours, a serious sound system kicks the restaurant vibe to club proportions. Additionally, A.S.C. will provide room service to guests of Stay. Progressive American with a hint of the Western states. Design by Steve Lewis. Operated by the much lauded Greg Brier.
