Description: The hotel restaurant “SALUT” offers guests a pleasant and sensitively furnished environment with a hearth, circular leather cubicles and aquarium. Friends and business partner can sample culinary specialities in the hotel restaurant, which offers both Czech and international cuisine. The hotel head chef will provide you with many and varied gastronomic experiences. The wine-list boasts top-class Moravian and foreign wine.

Location: Directly on ground floor of our Boutique hotel Absolutum.

Type of the Food: Fresh international and czech cuisine. On request, we may prepare for you also the diet meals, organic meals (BIO) or other meals with your specifications.

Meals Served: We are also able to prepare meals on your individual requests to reach the higghest satisfaction of our guests. Restaurant SALUT prepares lot of events, so very good refences are on our side.

Rating: Fresh restaurant SALUT is a member of Association of hotels and restaurants in Czech republic. The main organization in tourist industry.
