Buzios
Brigitte Bardot discovered it a few decades ago, and since then Buzios has become the most prestigious and glamorous beach resort in Brazil. Often dubbed the St. Tropez of Brazil attracting the international jet set as well as famous Brazilian and Argentine personalities. Buzios is a peninsula about 2 hours drive north of Rio; with small coves and beaches at every turn. The beaches are beautiful, aquatic sports abound and the nightlife and restaurants are excellent.
